Alan was transported from South East London to Nottingham as part of a Careless In The Community programme. He is a writer, actor, radio presenter and poet, with a degree in Performing Arts. Alan has numerous theatre credits including The Merchant of Venice, Adrian Mole, The Breakfast Club and A Taste of Honey. Alan has appeared at the Leicester Comedy Festival and Abbey Park Festival as a Poetic Saga Lout, and at the Grantham Comedy Festival as Special Agent 009. Alan has also appeared on cable and terrestrial TV. Alan became addicted to wedding cake, after being Best Man fourteen times. Alan can be heard every Sunday between 3pm and 6pm on 103.00FM The Eye.
